After spending several months traveling around Italy, I can confidently say that Ostello del Cammino di Francesco in Rivodutri is the best hostel I've stayed in. It's brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, everything a traveler could wish for and more. The host is amazing: genuinely kind, always smiling, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. He even offers a free shuttle from Rieti to the hostel and was constantly checking if I wanted a ride to explore the area. Thanks to him, I discovered the beauty of Rivodutri , a small village full of charm, surrounded by nature and fresh air that people from all over the world come to experience for its therapeutic benefits. The beds are new and very comfortable, with free towels provided, and the whole place is incredibly quiet and peaceful perfect for resting. Just a short walk away, you'll find a well-stocked grocery store and a local bar with everything you need at budget-friendly prices, always served with a smile. Rivodutri has truly been the most beautiful place I've visited in years of traveling the world. The combination of natural beauty, friendly locals, and the care offered by the host made this an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a special, authentic, and rejuvenating experience in Italy.

Had a great experience at the hostel, the staff is very friendly and helpful with questions and recommendations. Common areas were cozy, always someone to have a drink and little chat with! The room was clean, nothing to complain there.

I stayed at “Melting Pot Rome” for one night. The Hostel is near the central station, Colosseum and you can reach every attraction within 10 Minutes. Daniele was really helpful! 🙂 He suggested me the best Restaurant, he even showed me on map 🗺️ where to go and which attractions I can reach with the short time that I had. The other day I met Giovanna, she is volunteering there for a short amount of time. She was really friendly and I had a great conversation with her. You can even meet up with other travelers and join different activities. So if you are looking for a full Package in Rome, this is the Place. Thank you for the great time. See you soon!😊

Very clean and safe hostel, very well equipped. The staff was very helpful and always available. There was a variety of common areas that allowed for socialisation as well as a bad and restaurant. The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. Would recommend for solo travellers and groups!

Everything that a Generator hostel should have is there: great location, super easy checkin/out, round the clock reception, wonderful staff, lounge area in their familiar style, reliable wifi and key card access. This time however, the room size was a pleasant surprise, as only 6 beds mean that there's enough space in a room to not feel cramped, while two ensuite bathrooms make the use of facilities super easy. Had a wonderful time.

Great youth hostel close to the Termini station and metro. They have their own bar across the road and lots of opportunities to socialise. Shop and pharmacy around the corner. Secure storage and safes for valuables. Rooms cleaned daily. I was in an all-female dorm room.

You can feel they believe in what they do. Despite its being cheap, the place is just great. There is literally nothing but a vibrant guy that welcomes you and you get all you essentially need. Absolutely the best hostel I've been in Rome so far.

Good location, clean, safe and nice hostel. Hostel staffs are very friendly. Lockers are safe, and beds offer isolation. Evening events provide a nice environment to meet other backpackers.

The location: is close to the train station. Also it's easy to arrive with night buses. This was one of the best hostels I ever stayed in. It's clean, the rooms are comfortable and with space. Plus, I was in a shared room with other girls. I felt very safe, and also met nice people traveling. We connected and spent time together because most of us were traveling alone...

It was a six minute walk from the Roma Termini station, which was a great location for us backpackers (but was dangerous). It was cheap for Rome. Also there was a stairway leading to a roof top in the communal area which we shared with 2 other rooms.
