The hostel was really clean (they have daily cleaning services, which is a great perk!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

With a terrace, Emerald Palace is located in the centre of Florence, 350 metres from the Cathedral. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. The location was perfect. Close to every attraction. Mum and I were in a 4 person bedroom for females and had a lovely stay. Other two girls were very respectful and kind. Bathroom had enough room and beds were super comfortable. Kitchen facilities were perfect too and staff were os kind. They heard us struggling with bags and immediately came to help.

The hostel is clean and very close to the Pisa tower. I really enjoyed the common spaces, especially the terrace. They also have a guitar in the hostel so I’ve played some songs and also free tea bags what is really nice :) Definitely recommend this place!
