Great location for visiting nearby places such as Montalcino, Pienza, Bagni San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni, etc. The center of the town is only a 100 m walk and the place itself is very nice for having a glass of wine, dinner, etc. The apartment has a terrace with one of the most beautiful view of the Val d'Orcia. Free parking is near the house so there is no need to worry about the car.

Location was good and close to the motorway. It is better though to stay there on the way South, as when going North one has to go across country for about 20 km and the same the next day to get on the motorway. Great location for walking the dogs. Also we did not hear the motorway which helps with sleeping. Staff was excellent and super friendly. The food in the restaurant was good, my bean soup was absolutely delicious.
