The property is located on the main road next to the tourist info centre. It is very well decorated, the room was big and spacious, toilets and communal areas immaculate clean. In the living room there was a counter with a coffee machine and selection of teas and infusions available to guests. The property is very well looked after by both the staff and guests.

I normally don’t write reviews but this is the most beautiful hostel I ever been. Every thing is clean and neat, the guys from the hostel are very nice and helpful and the hot bath every night perfect plus. The rooms are like Ryokan style and very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

So clean, warm to come back to after a Winter day around the lake and what a perfect perfect location for seeing Mt Fuji. It is directly opposite 1min walk away to cross the road and you are in Oishi Park. After walking around the lake and seeing the other hotel options I would say this was the best location! Have a glass of wine and enjoy the location. They serve and excellent white wine too 👌 - Thank you for a perfect stay. www.area1photography.com

The location is very good, very close to the shin-Shizuoka train station, only 5 minutes walk from the station. The hostel is located near the Family Mart and see a view of Fujt Mt. just by taking a walk. The accommodation is very hygienic. The owner is adorable.

A new family-run hostel which was very comfortable, clean and well-furnished. The beds were big and had enough privacy (I liked the tatami style used even in the dorm rooms). Staff were very friendly and accomodating (shoutout to Yudai-san for being such a big help, and the kids for being so polite and cute). Great that they had free bicycles to borrow, especially useful within the beautiful Kawaguchiko area. Free coffee and tea was a bonus. Lounge provides a good place to meet so many other different travellers.

The design was fantastic. Whilst we had bunk beds there was so much more room for luggage and table/chairs. The bathrooms whilst shared were fantastic and the showers were self contained. Says it’s a hostel but we would stay in this again over the hotels we have been staying in.

Great value for money. The room was big for one person, with two beds (I guest I would have preferred a double/queen bed). The beds are comfy and they provided foam earplugs. Great location in Fujiyoshima, just right on Honcho St. where you can see a great view of Fuji (on a clear day!) Shared bathrooms were clean. It was a very aesthetically pleasing hostel.

The lady that welcome us was super nice, with great English. The place is simple but everything is more than what you expect from a youth hostel. Great room size for 3 people, and very cozy. The location is good for Fuji spotting from different places and not that far from the train station and cool neighborhood.

This was a great location near the station and the shared kitchen facilities with bread, bananas and coffee free to have anytime was a great bonus for us! Bicycle rental was good and you can easily cycle from the hostel to Lake Kawaguchiko or the shrine.
