Couch Potato Hostel está en Matsumoto, a 12 min a pie de Estación de Matsumoto, y dispone de bicicletas gratis, habitaciones libres de humo, wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento y salón de uso común. Que te hace sentir como en casa! Es muy familiar y el propio personal es súper cercano y les encanta sentarse a hablar y compartir. Eso se agradece muchísimo cuando viajas solo. Recomendaciones sobre todo lo que hacer en los alrededores, tanto que querrás pasar una semana en Matsumoto!

MOUNTAinn Nagiso, cuenta con wifi gratis, se encuentra en Nagiso, a 4,7 km de Kotoku-ji Temple y a 4,7 km de Sekibutsu Kanzan Jittoku Statue. Me encantó esta casa! Todo espectacular, muy bien decorado con una vibra cozy en madera. La cocina estaba perfectamente aseada, muy ordenada, con todo lo necesario para cocinar incluso con vajilla típica japonesa. Está además ubicado al lado de la estación lo que lo hace muy conveniente. 2 habitaciones tenían tatami, lo cual me pareció encantador.

Starfall Lodge cuenta con wifi gratis y habitaciones en Hakuba, a 9 km de Estación de esquí Tsugaike Kogen y a 44 km de Estación de Nagano. Staff was nice, rooms and facilities were clean and great. Pick up and drop off service was great and really useful. Also provided good tips and recommendations for food, skiing and other activities.

The Bohemians' Shelter se encuentra en Hakuba, a 8,3 km de Estación de esquí Tsugaike Kogen, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y restaurante. What a lovely stay! It felt like home and I met incredible people there. The dinners were great as well and Gaspard is such a kind and nice host. The lodge is located a bit out of town but there is a good shuttle system to take you to town/slopes. I only stayed a couple of nights but it feels like I was there much longer ✨

Hostel Yui-an está en Nagiso, a 8,4 km de Kotoku-ji Temple, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. Gorgeous ryokan in nature that was restored and personalized by the owner. He constantly works and upgrades the place and really makes it unique. The staff is amazing! We had a great time chatting with them after dinner. Get the curry dinner - it’s one of the best! The nature around the place is beautiful.

1166 Backpackers se encuentra en Nagano, a 9 min a pie de Templo Zenkoji y a 2,5 km de Estación de Nagano. Very cozy and warm. The house is very nice and feels very authentic Japanese

El Morino Lodge está situado a solo 10 minutos a pie del teleférico de la estación de esquí de Happo One y ofrece un alojamiento acogedor con habitaciones amplias y un salón moderno. Un ambiente muy acogedor. El living/comedor de uso común es hermoso, muy amplio con grandes ventanales donde se aprecia el hermoso bosque nevado. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, con una hermosa vista también. El personal muy amable y predispuesto a resolver todos los problemas. Pasamos unos días divinos con el toque especial de la nieve hasta unos 3 metros de altura.

Guest House Kura está en Suzaka, a 1,9 km de Zoológico de Suzaka y a 14 km de Templo Zenkoji. Ofrece alojamiento con salón de uso común y parking privado gratis. I really loved my stay at Guest House Kura. Firstly the beds were really comfortable. It was lovely to have a heated blanket on my bed. The duvet was really comfortable and the room felt very cosy. Although there is only one bathroom and toilet, I never had to wait to use any of the facilities and they were always clean. You can purchase food and drinks at Guest House Kura and they have lots of recommendations of where to eat and drink locally. Tassei even organised for vegan bento boxes to be delivered to Guest House for us after our long day visiting the snow monkeys. This was such a kind gesture and he was always very acommodating of all of our needs. He even drove me to a local onsen and picked me back up afterwards. There is a Lawson’s a few minutes walk away and Suzaka station is just over a 15 minute walk. It was a great location to visit the snow monkeys from and the staff will give you all the relevant directions you need. It was a sociable hostel and I was able to meet people easily. Although it’s sociable hostel, you can also get a very nice sleep and there is a very mixed demographic staying at the hostel as I also saw families with younger children. It’s a very small quiet town which felt like a lovely escape away from the larger Japanese cities. It’s very reasonably priced to wash and dry your clothes (400 yen for a wash and dry). There is also a kitchen space available for you to cook should you wish to. Overall I would really recommend anyone to stay at Guest House.
