Hostels in Matale District

Wow this place ! Where can i start! One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. The owner Costa is so nice and so inviting !! We all became one family and I will remember this place forever ! The place is super clean the lounge area is very big.

Great location, lovely clean pool, excellent dinner and breakfast. Very helpful owners who arranged good value trips and drivers for us. Felt very safe. Good local restaurants in walking distance also. Dinner served in restaurant cooked by wife of the owners and family, lots of care to create wonderful meal.

Best hostel, I've been to in sri lanka. Felt like part of the family. Nali took us on many adventures tuktuk safaris. We also did a cooking class there,which was amazing and I've learnt a lot. First booked for to night's, extended two times. The dogs are super cute and nalis wife makes the best roti. Thank you for everything, rasta-family!

Best hostel stay I’ve ever had. Would recommend everyone to visit to feel the hospitality of this family. I felt so welcome and relaxed while staying in these beautiful jungle surroundings! The day trips the owner arranged for us were amazing, and it was such a social and good vibe all over.

The common area is very well put together, gives homie-vibes and it's very prone to meet other travelers in the hostel. The staff of the hostel, also, promote a good integration for everybody, organizing certain activities in group that everyone can participate in, like going to the lake, watching sunset in a secret place or doing BBQ Best hostel for backpackers and solo travelers no doubt Ah, and the food is amazing.
