I’ve been overnighting along other Mayan Monkey hostels and till now this is my favorite. First, it was my mistake and I booked in wrong dates so I contacted the hostel staff and they solved that, also, they respected the price besides my booking was on weekend. The place is cool, bedroom, architecture, furnitures, the walls, the location, facilities, excellent, and the best the breakfast. I’ve been in several hostels around the world and by now Mayan Monkey breakfast is the best, including the options, taste and price. I wanna return to this place.

Nice new Hostel with welcoming social vibe, I felt welcome here and kindness from all staff and owner of the place, made some new friends , the overall staff creates a place where people do socialize with each other so this place is great when you travel alone and are happy to make new friends also they allowed me early check in as they had availability which I did appreciate a lot I recommend this place whole heartedly

Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for exploring Tulum. The vibe is relaxed and social, perfect for meeting fellow travelers without feeling like a wild party hostel. The rooms and common areas were immaculately clean and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable with privacy curtains and personal lockers – ideal for getting a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after hot days out. What really sets Maui Hostel apart is the atmosphere – chill but fun. The rooftop is a perfect spot to unwind with a drink or catch sunset. They also offer bike rentals, which made it super easy to get to the beach and around town. I’ve stayed in hostels all over the world, and Maui is definitely one of my favorites. It has the perfect balance of comfort, community, and location. Can’t recommend it enough – wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Very comfortable place beds awesome enclosed cubical so quiet electric n light in bed compartment. Shower hit water super clean every day whole place .move stuff to ckean under incredible. Great price.n location .all types of food and shopping needs .u can walk to beach 10 minutes if that .or collectivo. 50 cents walk is eazy n interesting ..climate controlled perfect. 11 quiet so all can sleep really good.i can't say enough .fantastic place.

The rooms have air conditioning, and some units at the hostel have a balcony. The hostel is amazing! I stayed in the 4 bed female dorm and it was all very good - it was not the main travel time when I was there, that's why it was not really full, so we were just max. 2 people in my room! There is a big and well equipped kitchen, an amazing pool on the rooftop and also a great chill out area on the roof (perfec for yoga for example) The staff is very nice and helpful Amazing location (its a small town and the hostel is in the center)

The lady that received us was super, super nice. Apart from that is a hostel with the amenities that you need if you want to cook and do laundry :)
