Set on a farm just 200 metres from the shores of Hardangerfjord, this property offers simple accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The on-site restaurant specialises in Norwegian and Thai food. Em and her team were so kind and genuinely friendly, truly invested in making my stay perfect. Amazingly comfortable bed and everything was spotlessly clean. My first Norwegian breakfast was spectacular. Big thanks for the lovely packed lunch too, it made my hike even more special.

The building was just in front of the lake with a great view. Our room didn't have a lake-view window. The studio itself was nice and clean. A small kitchen with cookware, and also, there was a big shared kitchen on the ground floor in case we needed some extra things. For example, we took some spices and salt from there. There was a very kind guy who welcomed us, apparently, he is not there all the time, and check-in is usually done by yourself, but we were lucky because he also helped us with some suggestions for hikes and other places to visit during our stay. There was a free parking garage on the property. Overall, we were very much satisfied with everything.
