Free WiFi is provided and parking is available. I had a great comfortable experience staying in Lylo Christchurch. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great manager kindly helped me to reset my locker and charge my car battery to restart my engine. On the check-out morning, I was very worried about how to restart my car engine because my car battery was unexpectedly running out during midnight. And the great manager and kind staff helped me to restart my engine and I will always be grateful for how helpful they were in emergencies. The kitchen was very clean, and the location was perfect, which is very close to the airport, supermarket, KFC, McDonald's and the lounge was very comfortable to relax in.also laundry and drying is available inside the facility. I had a very comfortable stay with a great staff and manager. Thank you with all of my heart

We stayed at very last minute in a mix dorm and was really nice, I’ve already stayed at many hostels before around the world and this is easily one of the best talking about facilities and how clean it is. They also have private rooms but I think only if you do the reservation in advanced. The kitchen was perfectly equipped! We loved everything:)
