Atlantis Backpackers is a minutes walk from Picton Waterfront and a 2-minute walk from Picton Train Station. This simple accommodation features barbecue facilities and free on-site parking. Friendly staff, everything is clean and cozy, good atmosphere, early check in. Great location. There are 2 cute parrots. Also,in the evening there is free dessert which is made by the owner-both nights they were delicious. Unfortunately, forgot to ask recipes. I would say that this is one of the best hostels I stayed in NZ.

Tombstone Motel, Lodge & Backpackers features elevated views of Picton Harbour and the surrounding mountains. Had a very comfortable stay, delicious breakfast scones and company of a sweet lady cat :)

Featuring an outdoor hot tub, refurbished modern kitchen, cinema-style TV room, and shared dining and living room areas, Sequoia Lodge offers free WiFi, free bikes and free chocolate pudding. Such a great stay! The owner was so friendly and the lodge is such good value for money. Would definitely book again! Thank you

Both the room itself and the shared facilities were clean, the bed was comfy, the location was good (walking distance from the bus/railway station and the city center) and communication with the hosts was great. self-Check in/out was very easy and convenient. I especially appreciated them letting me check in early!
