Beautiful nature, quiet surroundings, and a relaxing countryside. The hostel has only one house, recently refurbished and well-kept, so we had the entire swimming pool (with very clean water and lights) to ourselves. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, as was the lunch, for very good value for money. The host is generous and very friendly – he even invited us to join his family at the local fair in a nearby village, which the children appreciated a lot. We also highly recommend the airport transfer service; we traveled with the host back to the airport, and everything was seamless. Many thanks for a wonderful stay – it was a real pleasure!

We enjoyed the beautiful garden.

An American breakfast is available at the hostel. I have been in Acuarela Hostal at the beginning of May and I was the only tourist there! But I didn't feel lonely because Luz, the owner, is an amazing woman and despite not speaking the same language we kept eachother company and I had a really good time with her at the hostel! She also helped me whenever I needed anything, she gave me tips and we also had dinner together (awesome cook!) The location is quite far from the main resorts, and it's great for a peaceful stay in Playa Farallòn! There is a small market near the hostel and that's all you need! Also the beach is across the road, like 50 meters from the hostel! What else?
