Out of the Blue has a perfect location so you can easily reach every point of the island. It's far away from the noise and only 3 minutes walk from downtown. The sense of community was lovely, it was great meeting both the staff and the other residents. There were fun activities to sign up for, and the staff were very helpful with suggestions on things to do on this beautiful island.

Very clean and organized. Management was easy to contact and helpfull with anything that I needed. I was also abke to meet some of the other guests who were all very kind. I will definitely stay again when I am back in the city.

Loved this hostel! Iris, the owner, is so kind and present. Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

Very friendly and attentive owner. The communal areas (kitchen, lounge) are well kept and well equipped. The private double room is very nice and cosy. It was great to have a heating system as the air was quite damp. We stayed there in winter and we were mostly the only guests. Don't hesitate to come and visit Alexandra :)

Angra Heritage - City Center Hostel provides rooms in Angra do Heroísmo near Zona Balnear da Prainha Beach and Silveira Beach. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. It’s a very new, clean and well equipped place. The only “hostel” part of it is shared bathroom, but there is one on each floor and I think like two apartments per floor, so I never had a problem that shower/restroom was busy. I was able to check in earlier (my room was free) and leave my baggage on the last day. It’s the best hostel I’ve ever stayed. Thank you!
