Madeira Surf Camp, que cuenta con salón de uso común, terraza y vistas al mar, se encuentra en Porto da Cruz, a 3 min a pie de Playa de Maiata. It is a renovated house and it's very clean. Comfortable bed also. Short walk to the beach and the pool.

El 29 Madeira Hostel se encuentra en el centro de Funchal, en la isla de Madeira. El establecimiento ofrece alojamiento económico en habitaciones compartidas y privadas. The location was great, right in the old center and accessible by bus from Funchal Airport. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There was a nice common area for relaxing. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Really great value as well!

Santa Maria Hostel se encuentra en Funchal, a 2 min a pie de Playa Almirante Reis, y ofrece mostrador de información turística, habitaciones libres de humo, salón de uso común, wifi gratis en todo el... Nos gustó mucho el trato, nos atendió Cary, muy dulce y divertida. Nos gusto muchísimo la habitación suite, muy amplia y con una bañera dentro de la habitación. Nos gustó la ubicación, es una calle turística y por la noche hay un poco de ruido por la fiesta pero no impide dormir.

Porto Santo Destination está en Porto Santo, a 4 min a pie de Playa de Porto Santo, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado y salón de uso común. La gente muy amable, y lugar excelente

Jaca Hostel Funchal, que cuenta con jardín y bar, se encuentra en Funchal, a 9 min a pie de Playa Almirante Reis y a 700 metros de Puerto deportivo Marina de Funchal. Nice location in the old center of Funchal, near the bus stop to/from Funchal airport (5-10 min walk) and with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Check in/out was very easy, access was controlled by a web app and was frictionless. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in had an en suite bathroom and airconditioning which was great. The bed was comfortable and had curtains for privacy. There's also a cafe for food/drinks.

The Rum Inn se encuentra en Calheta, a 2 min a pie de Praia da Calheta, y dispone de bar, habitaciones libres de humo y wifi gratis. Muy bien ubicado, la playa muy cerca, limpio y la cama super cómoda. Justo debajo tiene una placita con un bar en el que se puede desayunar.

Jaca Hostel Porto da Cruz, que tiene jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y wifi gratis, está en Porto da Cruz, a pocos pasos de Playa de Maiata y a 10 km de Casas tradicionales de Santana. The stay in the hostel was perfect. Everyone was very friendly, met many interesting people and tried surfing. The hostel offers a lot of activities (in cooperation with others - surfing, paragliding, yoga, ...). The Friday evening pizza night was brilliant and the homemade pizza very delicious. The shared rooms are quit comfortable, there are few nice restaurants and cafes around. The city's vibe is overall quiet and chill and it is a reasonable driving distance to many interesting places. There are many free parking spaces in the city, although they can get full quickly during the day, but you can always find a spot little bit further away from the hostel, but still in the city, which is always max 10 min walking distance. The hostel offers clothes washing service for 5 euros (staff washes it for you and dries it). There are swimming pools with ocean water close to the hostel which seem to be officially closed, but in reality locals and others go swim there and there is no issue with that. There are 2 supermarkets in the town and one ATM machine (withdrawal with Revolut without any fee).
