Location is amazing near everything near the beach. 711 , many bars and restaurants and near bus station to Bangkok. Owners are so friendly and helpful. Place is so clean and quiet. With kitchen microwave and fridge, coffee maker . It has beautiful Terrace and living room with TV. Bed are comfy, lamp and power plug available. It's new place all clean and for the price it's all good.

There's also a big TV in the lobby and a playstation. The position is one of the best things, since it's in the centre and it's easy to reach everything from there.
