Hostels in Kaohsiung Area

So far one of the best hostels in Taiwan I stayed at. The staff is super nice and welcoming, rooms and common areas are clean and the bed super comfortable!

The bunkbeds are comfortable and the place is clean. The hostel has a great location to go to the Pier2 warehouse and art district and easy connection to busses and the metro

For the price of probably even cheaper than a shared dorm or bunk bed in many hostels and goest houses, you get a private single room with private bath, what's not to like! Plus it's located at the junction of the two main MRT metro lines so you have easy access to many tourist spots. The Liuhe Night Market is also just a few minutes walk away. I'd say this is a great option for budget travelers and backpackers.

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. The laundry on the 11th floor is easy to use. They seem to cater more to the youth hostel crowd.

Great location and relatively cheap, less than 5 mins walk from the Sanduo Shopping District train station and pretty central to most places in Kaohsiung. The common area is pretty good, there’s tea and coffee provided and places for people to sit and eat or relax. There’s also a good sheltered laundry area on the top floor where you can hand wash and dry your clothes.

Jackson (the owner) was extremely patient with me whilst having payment issues and spoke brilliant English. Super friendly and kind. The hostel is designed with backpackers in mind for sure! Very impressed

For me it's the best hostel in Kaoshiung because of the CP ratio.

great location , and reception host , very clean and no mosquitos actually my friends and I really loved it here the bed is comfy and they give towels and everything ! Great for cheap price

Great location, easy to access, exceptionally clean, hostel beds are super spacious and comfy and there’s enough storage space, lockers with number locks, vanity. Downstairs there is a kitchen, free water, a big table that I used for working late hours…so good!
