Hostels in Nantou County

This is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. The dorm beds were very spacious with individual AC for each capsule bed. There was a rooftop with views of the lake and the common areas were spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was a good stay with a very good central location. It was quite cheap for the area & reception was quick & friendly. The beds were a bit hard, but I slept ok. Would recommend for a backpacker or someone on a budget.

The service and facilities are great! For a backpacker hostel this is one of the most comfortable places you can get. The included breakfast is also amazing!

Very nice Place. Stayed in the capsule bed dormitory. Very safe and clean a short walk to the ferry pier. Staff was very helpfull. Gave me information for the lake and where to rent a bike.

Great location, amazing for meeting new people, no rooms just open space makes it an exciting interior design.

Best hostel I've ever been to. Very spacious, clean and modern, you get your own key card for a little private nook, almost like a capsule hotel. The location is very convenient, just above the busy touristy streets of Ita Thao. You can go to the rooftop terrace to enjoy a nice view of the lake and see the sunset. The staff is so nice and helpful, speaks very good English, and there are many activities you can book directly from the front desk. I booked the sunrise paddle boarding and bike rental, and had a great time.

The staff were AMAZING and I’m looking for reasons to go back. Fully convinced if I’d stayed more than a night we’d have had drinks together and seen some of the city. Seriously, favourite hostel in Taiwan so far. I stayed in a single-person backpacker room
