Situated amongst the popular dining and entertainment of the West Loop neighborhood, this downtown Chicago hostel offers complimentary daily coffee and tea (a.m. only) and free WiFi. The staff was really nice and helpful. All the people in the hostel were running the Chicago marathon and the staff prepared snacks for us in the morning and let us take a shower after the race no mather the fact the checkout time passed. They also kept our stuff safe. The rooms, showers and toilet were also really clean and you hade free shampoo to use too. If I ever come back to Chicago, this is the place where I will be coming back!
