I stayed in a dorm and it was very comfortable. All the staff were very kind and made sure I felt cared for from the moment I arrived. I love how they offer daily activities. I did a couple of hikes and a surf lesson (sorry x100 for crashing the board!!) They organize pool tournaments in the bar and have lots of food and drinks options. I can't wait to visit again <3

Staff is welcoming, friendly, Kiera - the awesome manager, is always helpful. I like that you can relax at many places inside the house, or on one of the balconies or outside. Nice and chill vibe every day.

Guests of the hostel can use the free barbecue facilities on site. For my entire South Africa trip - this was my favourite place to stay. We kept trying to figure out how we could extend our time just to stay here longer. I would definitely come back and stay here longer. Everything was just so perfect. The room was so cute, and the bed was so comfortable. They had a stocked fridge for late night drinks. The bathroom was clean and spacious. They even had a walk in closet where you could store your bags. Although my favourite part of the room was the patio. I spent the evenings just sitting on the patio enjoying the night air. I wish I could bundle up this place and bring it home with me. They also offer a really great tubing experience. Our guides were so much fun, the group of people were fun and I just felt the entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful.

I liked everything but the only thing I think you should add is the DSTV. Most people didn't know how to use Netflix and were not interested in it , so please accommodate them with DSTV . Other than that , I was pleased .
