The hotel reserves the right to perform pre-authorization on the credit card provided, for an amount equivalent to first night rate including the taxes.

A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Property have pre-authorized the amount based on the policy equal to 01 night room charges AED: 1304.80/- net instead of purchase.

In case if the guest may cancel their booking as per the cancellation policy we shall unblock the amount accordingly.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A security deposit of AED 500.0 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
