- The dining room is nested near the living room, and it includes a table with four chairs.
- The living room boasts large wall-to-wall glass windows, overlooking the sea.
- Fully equipped, stylish open kitchen with modern appliances like dishwasher, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, freezer, stove, and refrigerator. That, in addition to cooking basic utensils, wine glasses, and trash cans.
- The kitchen boasts beautiful light-colored cabinets and black countertops, and is open to the dining room.
- The bedroom features a grey king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a makeup vanity table with chair and a mirror, wardrobe, and curtains.
- The balcony has beautiful green-grass flooring, and is furnished with a table and two chairs, as well as a yellow rocking chair.
- The first bathroom has bathtub, a toilet, and a washbasin with a large mirror.
- The second bathroom for guests includes a toilet and a washbasin.
- Toiletries like cleaning products, conditioner, shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper, hot water and hair dryer are all provided.
- The apartment is equipped with safety equipment like fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and first aid kit.

Neighbourhood information
Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.
- The tower is surrounded by many restaurants, like The Cavendish Restaurant, Stay by Yannick Alleno, and Cinque.
- There are various supermarkets which residents visit to shop for groceries. These include Carrefour Market, Freshwell, and Waitrose.
- The tower is also well surrounded by major landmarks in the area, of which we name Dubai Amphitheatre, and Dubai Marina Walk.

- BUS STOPS NEAR OCEAN HEIGHTS:
There are several bus stops near Ocean Heights. One nearest is Mina Al Siyahi, Le Meridien Hotel, at a 5-minute walk from the building. At a 9-minute walk, one will find the Al Thuraya Tower bus stop.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR OCEAN HEIGHTS:
Residents of Ocean Heights have access to some metro stations to travel across different areas in Dubai. The nearest metro station is the Al Khail Metro Station, an 8-minute drive away from the building. Another option is to access Sobha Realty Metro Station, which is at a driving distance of 9 minutes.
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR OCEAN HEIGHTS:
Tram is another convenient option for residents of Ocean Heights. You will find Mina SeyahiTram Station, a minute’s walk away from the building. Residents can also opt for Media City Tram Station, a 9-minute walk from the tower.
