Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.

Arrivals outside of the standard check-in time will incur an out-of-schedule fee of AED 100.00 (payable upon check-in).

Check-in to the apartment will only be allowed after the main guest agrees to the terms and conditions and completes the check-in form with an electronic signature.

Clear passport copies of all guests must be provided in advance for registration purposes to ensure a smooth check-in.

The cleaning service included in the cleaning fee covers post-stay cleaning. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge.

Basic amenities such as toiletries, toothpaste, detergents, coffee capsules, and extra toiletries are not provided during the stay. However, these can be made available upon request for an additional charge.

Smoking and parties inside the apartment are prohibited. Any damages or signs of smoking may result in charges or penalties.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.

A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
