Property information

I offer my villa for rent on a weekly, monthly or long term basis. We offers a minimum of 3 night stay and more. Our villa is located on the south finger in the secure gated community of Jolly Harbour. The villa is located on the sea waterway edge. The villa is well-equipped and benefits a queen bed in the main bedroom, two single bed in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have modern en-suite shower rooms with a further toilet and wash basin on the ground floor. We also offer 24 hours complimentary WIFI.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is just a few minutes walk to the long beautiful Jolly Beach and Castaways Restaurant and Bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas can be hired here if required. You will also find water sports and children's playground. Kick back and relax, come sun down watch the amazing sunsets over a sun downer. The villa is approx 0.5 kilometres, from the commercial centre with a 5 to 7 minute stroll to the communal pool situated at the Crow's Nest Bar and Grill. Sun loungers, Sky sports, tennis courts, squash courts, shower and toilet facilities Are located here. There is also occasional entertainment at night. Buggy cart, car rental, Jumby Jeep, scooter, bicycles, taxis etc are also available on the complex, with buses directly outside the main entrance. Within the welcome pack their will be information to have access to taxi firms, rentals if need be and also the bus timetable.
