Flat-screen televisions in each bedroom offer a comfortable setup for quiet moments or couples on retreat. The spacious living area invites connection, with retractable seating for movie nights, a dedicated bar area, and a dining table that seats six to seven. The kitchen, often considered the heart of the home, is no exception at The Hummingbird Villa. Its design balances style and function, and it’s fully equipped for guests who enjoy preparing meals at home. Guests will find thoughtful essentials throughout the villa, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, a selection of teas and coffee, salt, pepper and sugar to get you started. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and complimentary toothbrushes. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience, should you need to do laundry For those visiting on business or needing to stay connected, the villa includes an office and a powder room just off the living area, with stable internet throughout. The villa offers a rare balance, centrally located within 15 minutes of key amenities, yet tucked into a quiet, residential neighborhood. An expansive covered patio lounge extends the living space outdoors, ideal for enjoying the island breeze in comfort. A rental car is recommended, and our hosts, Stacia or Daryl, are happy to assist with local recommendations. The villa is especially ideal for golfers, located just a five minute walk from the Cedar Valley Golf Club. The area is also well suited to scenic walks and morning jogs.
