Angie's Shared Villa TAM

We are a family of three. We have been hosting for up to 4 years so far. We were born and live in Tirana, actually sharing the same property with our lovely guests. Our mission is providing to all budget travellers a warm place to stay, where a nice bedding, private room and a small green garden is part of it. We are not always available to be there and socialize as lately all family is working in different schedules, but we make the most of the effort to provide clear directions for reaching our place.

Hi from your host Angie ! VERY IMPORTANT~PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS ●FAMILY ENVINRONMENT. WE EXPECT YOU TO RESPECT OUR GUESTHOUSE BY NOT BEING LOUD, NO SMOKING INSIDE, NO IMPROPER BEHAVIOUR. WE SHARE THE SAME BUILDING IN BETWEEN OWNERS AND GUESTS. THERE ARE TWO SUPERFRIENDLY CATS AT THE PROPERTY 💙 WHAT DO WE OFFER BESIDE COMFORT ,KINDNESS AND POSITIVITY : 1- GARDEN ALLOWS MOTORBIKE/CAR/CAMPER PARKING(free). 2-Breakfast by request extra charge 3- Shared Toilet/Garden. 4- Laundry extra charge (4 euro per wash) 6-New bed covers & fresh new towels extra charge (5 euro per change) I will be able to give you info on the bus lines, car rental, albanian tour guides , good restaurants, gift shops,places to visit. We kindly ask our guests to keep the common areas clean and tidy . Also ,feel free to ask on whatever info you will need🙂 . It is a nice neughbourhood, quit and relaxing area with all accesses near located like atm,exchange, bars, restaurants,fast foods, grocery,markets etc. Your way to SKANDERBEG SQUARE will take you 20 mins. It is a 20min walking along of LANA LAKE of Tirana that I am sure all will enjoy. But for the lazy ones 😋 there is always an option to take the bus nearlocated to the house. In case you want to reach the centre,or the bus terminal to south or north Albania, you'll find the bus stops just 1min away from the guesthouse. From your room or the balcony you have a view of the neighbourhood . Ali Demi is one of the oldest neighbourhood of Tirana,still remaining with Enver Hoxha architecture as for now Tirana is full of new and modern building, so yes,this neighbourhood is a true touch of the authentic Tirana.
