The neighborhood is lively and well connected, with many coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday services just steps away. The complex is well positioned for getting around the city. Tirana International Airport is approximately 15–20 minutes by car, while Tirana city centre (Skanderbeg Square) can be reached in around 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic. Nearby, you’ll find shopping centres, gyms, cinemas, and green spaces, as well as easy access to main roads and public transport. Cultural attractions, museums, and the vibrant city life of central Tirana are all close enough to enjoy, while the complex itself offers a quieter and more private atmosphere.
