Our villa was built around the 50s-60s of the 19th century, which served as a residential house for generations. With the funds of IPARD in 2021, their facilities have been reconstructed and adapted into a guest house. Our villa is located in the village of Asim Zeneli and is located 5 km from the city of Gjirokastra. In our characteristic surroundings, it is the peace that forgives the village, as well as the traditional foods. All the foods that are used in our facilities originate from the village and the surrounding area. The rooms of the villa meet all contemporary standards regarding the interior environment. A very important part of the stay in our facilities is the hospitality, which we have an old tradition. At Villa Shuaipaj, the friend is known as at home :)
