Is situated near many private beaches and is on the 5th floor of a no lift apartment. It ihas a marvelois garden view with mainly pine trees .
Apartment is number 18 and is generally very quite. The flat is nearly 50 meters from the beach. I offer also transportation from airport to the house with my own car with additional charge.

There are many trees so you you can have long walk to explore te neoghborhoud even in summer. It is situeted 30-40 minutes from durrazzo (Durrës) town center and if you tale a cab/taxi you could also see the port.
