Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city center, restaurants, and public transport, it is perfect for both short and long stays.

The neighborhood is tranquil and offers a stunning view of Dajti Mountain. It is a 20-minute walk to the city center and a 7-minute drive. The bus station is conveniently located directly beneath the apartment. The surrounding area features markets, several charming coffee bars, as well as fast food establishments and a restaurant with a swimming pool. Additionally, the neighborhood provides ample public parking facilities.
