Company information

Ksamil is unique in what it offers during spring and summer time. It is close to the archaeological site of Butrint and to the cosiest city of saranda. If you prefer a quieter option to pass your holidays, the nearby lake is perfect for fishing. Or you could organize a picnic in Butrint National Park. I like to grab a book and enjoy the view of the small island from the beachside of Ksamil.

Property information

Our Villa was built by my father's endeavor to have a family summer house, in the town my mother is from. We have spent in Ksamil most of our childhood. The villa is situated close to the seaside and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden, where my mother grows flowers. It started building in 1997, but we only started selling rooms since 2017. My daughter, Diellza, manages this booking. She is only 10 (as of 2022). This place is very special to us, and it makes us very happy when we see that someone has made a reservation for Vila Oden.

Neighbourhood information

The area is 1 min from the sea side. It is close to the main street but in a calm secondary street. The view is breathtaking. There is a small theme park where kids can ride a very small carousel or train, and there is also a bumper cars game. I have spent all my childhood’s summer here and I cannot imagine a safer and nicer place! Also, i recommend taking a walk along the beach, it makes me feel better.
