Specious Vila in a quiet village near the beach, 4-5 minute drive. With private parking and CCTV. The house is around 5 years old, and is clean and tidy. The second floor can be available for a family of 4. Do contact me if you need any more information. The second floor has 2 double bedrooms and a living room with a bathroom. Both bedrooms have a balcony which oversees the garden and the village.
Welcome to my listing. My name is Ermelind or Lini in short. Currently I live in United Kingdom, but also in Albania most of spring and summer. I will be in the property when guests arrive to welcome them (you)..
The neighbourhood is quite. The beach is 5 minutes away. We have a few restaurants near and a few shops (1 shop is opposite the house) and the rest few minutes walk or drive. A bakery nearby (2 min drive) The city of Fier is only 10 minutes drive. And the city for Vlore is only 30-40 min drive. Apollonia is nearby (old Greek/Roman ruins) very interesting place to visit. Tirana airport is around an 1 hour and 20 minutes away. The main highway/ motorway is 6-7 minutes drive from the property.
