Apartments Emili are situated in the center of Yerevan, next to the Moscow Cinema, on Charles Aznavour Square. The Apartments are equipped with all the facilities needed for both, short and long stays. The building has an elevator and 24/7 security service. Security guaranteed! Tours, airport transfers, other types of services and events are welcome and will be organized for affordable prices. We'll do everything we can to make your holidays in Armenia as good as possible. Looking forward to hear you!

We have been hosting travellers from different countries of the world for more than 10 years which allows us to know better what our guests really need.

Walking distance from Republic Square (5 minutes), Opera and Ballet House (5 minutes), Cascade Complex (10 minutes), Matenadaran (museum of manuscripts, 15 minutes), Vernissage (souvenir market, 5 minutes), Noi and Ararat Cognac/Brandy Factory (15-20 minutes). North Avenue is located opposite the building, various shops, cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget.
