Lockated in the back stage of American university of Armenia, guests can easly use the libriary of the university, about 20 metters you can fined friendly big park, it takes about 7 minutes till main center of city on foot, and also you can get to metro station Marshal Baghramyan within 3 minutes on foot, the Sose street is a very noiseless place where the house is, no dust or trafic in front.
