Excellent apartment in a category building. It´s so near from the Italian´s Hospital (3 blocks) and the same distance from the Naval´s Hospital. It´s a high floor (6th) with open views, with a lot of sun. Equipped with wifi service fiber optic and Netflix as well. Central hot water, air conditioners and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Own laundry room with washing machine. Consecutively awarded by Booking in 2016/2017/2018/23 thanks to the comments of so many passengers!!! We look forward to seeing you soon!
I am a musician (singer) and have been managing apartments for years because my husband and I ´ve been travelling a lot, we love to travel and we understand along the years, what makes a great trip, and the stay is part of it. That's why I work a lot for each reservation, I know every apartment very well, I usually receive passengers with care , attending to punctuality with schedules, preparing their reception to assure that the place will be ready upon their arrival. I attend all possible questions or needs throughout the day by my phone, until the time of check out as part of the service and to contribute to a nice trip. We understand that the location of each department is essential but we know that it is not enough, that´s why we take care of the equipment, security, cleanliness and humane treatment as well. This great place is waiting for you!
The department is located in Almagro, near Caballito´s neighborhood, which is a residential part of Buenos Aires. Almagro is "barrio" here we call that as a family´s place; quiet, with many shops for daily shopping, a large park 200 meters away, movie theaters 500 meters away, access to two subway lines on foot 500 meters away (Line A and Line B). It is safe and on Av. Rivadavia there are parks, entertainment, food chains for children, etc.
