It is our family country house, located at the base of Cerro Champaquí in the Sierras Grandes de Córdoba mountains, 3 km from the center of Villa de Las Rosas. The house is spacious, has a beautiful double height living room with fireplace. It has a park with old trees, a barbecue area with grill and clay oven, swimming pool, children's games and a fronton. Upstairs there is a fourth bedroom with independent entrance that is not included in the rent (eventually occupied by the host or subject to rental availability).

Las Chacras is a semi-rural area that is part of the town of Villa de Las Rosas. It is characterized by the tranquility and friendliness of the neighbors. It is a place where there are multiple options for hiking and excursions. From Las Chacras you can access the path that leads to the summit of Champaquí through the ravine of Los Molles creek that is distinguished by its landscapes, by the native vegetation and by the corners that the creek offers to bathe. The place has the virtue of preserving the tranquility of a rural area that is very safe and peaceful.
