35m2 fully-equipped condo with a balcony, an Extra Queen size bed (Queen XL) with La Cardeusse brand somier, kitchenette with a high breakfast table bar, Nespresso machine with Nespresso Aerochino to make exquisite cappuccino, complimentary items to cook and the essentials for a comfortable stay. Recently renovated condo with industrial style decorated and good quality furniture. It's a fully divided studio bringing to you a nice living area separated from the bedroom. This studio fits solo travelers or couples, you'll have everything you need to live comfortable during your stay. Heated floor in winter and AC for summer . TV Set with several downloaded Apps for you to sign in and complimentary deco service to watch movies and tv shows. Also, you'll find interesting books in Spanish and Italian. You can keep your luggage and hang your clothes in a spacious closet. There's a balcony set up where smoking is permitted. Full kitchenette with a breakfast high table bar, bathroom and the essentials such as kitchen elements, toiletries, linens, towels, etc. are provided. You'll have access to dry & wet saunas, swimming pool, solarium, lounge area and laundry room. The Wine Cellar and the Grill area is only reserved for stays longer than 30 days. We’ll welcome you with coffee, tea and mate argentino ready to make!
