We have a recently remodeled apartment. Located on the ground floor, it can accommodate 3 adults or a couple with 1 child (it could be up to 2 children if they are willing to share the large sofa bed in the dining room). It is equipped with bedding and kitchen utensils for 4 people. The distribution of its environments is quite practical since the breakfast room and kitchen are separated from the living-dining room, making it easier for you to have a drink while you prepare your food without disturbing whoever is in the dining room. On the sofa-bed in the living room you can relax or enjoy watching TV. We also have a small private patio with light.
To ensure a good rest in the bedroom, you have a 2-seater bed base, night tables, sockets available, coat rack, mirror and closet. For hot days, typical in San Juan, you have 2 spleet air conditioning units in the bedroom and in the dining room.
We especially love to travel around our country and we like to feel at home in each place we visit. We want those who visit us to also have that experience. For this reason, as San Juan people in love with our land, we know its beauties and we enjoy making them known. You can count on us to receive updated and reliable information regarding the convenience of places to visit, recommendations of places to eat and all relevant information that facilitates and makes your stay more pleasant. We put at your disposal data of nearby food places, deliveries, bars and restaurants to make your stay perfect.
The location of the apartment is really comfortable and strategic. It is located 2 blocks from the Cultural and Administrative Center of the City of San Juan (Bicentennial Theater, Provincial Museum of Fine Arts -MPBA-, Legislature and Provincial Civic Center). The street where the building is located is very quiet, as well as the consortium, and is between 2 avenues through which public transport travels, in case you need to mobilize in it.
If you like to walk, a few blocks to the north you will find the Parque de Mayo, the main green lung of the city, the mythical Closed Aldo Cantoni Stadium and the Juan Victoria Auditorium, with its imposing hall and horn organ.
Walking a few blocks to the East you will arrive at the Birthplace of D.F Sarmiento, the Directorate of Tourism, the Main Square, the modern Cathedral and finally the Commercial Center of the city.
In one of the corner near the building you have a very complete mini market to supply you.
