La terraza y piscina están habilitados de 8am a 8pm y son de uso exclusivo para los huéspedes. No está permitido el ingreso al establecimiento o el uso de las instalaciones a personas que no estén alojadas en el hotel. Los check in es a partir de las 15hs y los check out a las 10hs.

Is a modern building in Palermo 600mts from the United States Embassy, ​​700mts from La Rural, 500mts from the Bosques de Palermo, 1.5km from Jardín Botánico. Excellent location with Metro-Bus and Subway 200 meters away. Furnished apartment with designer decoration, kitchens with marble countertops, warm and quiet atmosphere, dining room, bathroom, closet, A/C hot & cold, 2-seater bed and cable TV. The units are silent and have an excellent natural light and black-out curtains. On the rooftop there´s a swimming pool for common use with a grill, and there´s also a sauna.
