Staying at España 1512 is staying in the heart of Mendoza. And what is Mendoza? Wines,

place with stories to tell over a coffee and a croissant. Or sitting under an immense tree among
its more than 6 emblematic parks and the view of the Andes mountains.
Spacious rooms of 25 square meters, where the afternoon, morning, and night stares through
its large windows. Wide beds, good mattresses, personal desk, and top-quality towels. YOUR
EXCLUSIVE BATHROOM.
The house's paintings, wooden floors, colors, and unique art in each room. Every detail
designed to create a private, comfortable, and yet lively atmosphere.
Twenty years ago, and on a family bet, the Menniti Brothers rescued this old building
from oblivion. In two decades, the house has been transformed with all the experience and
imagination of having traveled the world, loved, and drunk a lot of wine.
With half a lifetime's experience in the wine world, the Menniti Brothers continue to transform
every detail of this coliving so that you feel at home. It is said that in Mendoza, one of the best
wines in the world is made, and España 1512, and its two host brothers Ariel and Diego, invite
you to embark on the favorite adventure of Argentinians: a great piece of meat, good
conversation, and everything that tastes good in life.
The Location:
The Andes mountains carve a deep hollow where the terra-cotta, ochre of the sky penetrates
the inhabitants of Mendoza. Nestled in a corner, embraced by a pair of century-old trees, lies
España 1512. Undoubtedly situated in what is now known as a "15-minute neighborhood."
Everything close by, within walking distance.
Las Heras Avenue is one of the city's most bustling thoroughfares. Less than 100 meters from
our establishment, you'll find the centennial Central Market of the city. Dozens of restaurants
and historic cafés like the Jockey Club, where you can enjoy breakfast at any time of day. The
simple menu of scrambled eggs, coffee, and toast with cheese and jam to spread is served 24/7
in Mendoza.
Crossing the street, year-round, one of the city's iconic ice cream parlors: Soppelsa. A must!
