House with patio, garden, terrace that can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 independent bedrooms. This completely renovated "PH" is located at the bottom of the condominium, which makes it a calm and safe place. It benefits from a good exposure and without vis-à-vis. A dedicated workspace will allow you to study there or devote yourself to your business. It is an ideal house for friends, families. But is also aimed at companies, travel agencies to accommodate groups.
We are a Franco-Argentinian couple in love with Argentina, where we have our ties, especially in La Plata, but also in Buenos Aires and Mar Del Plata. If it is impossible for us to be present when you arrive, our friend Raquel, who knows La Plata like the back of her hand, will be there to welcome you and give you all the tips you need to make the most of your stay, such as good restaurants of the moment or the neighborhoods where you absolutely have to go and how to get there.
Located between Plaza Matheu and San Martin Hospital, ideal location less than 10 minutes by car from the main attractions of La Plata, universities, train and bus station. La Plata is located 50 km from Buenos Aires and 70 km from Ezeiza International Airport. To get around, La Plata has an excellent network of very inexpensive and comprehensive buses, however taxis are also plentiful and inexpensive.
