The accommodation is designed for couples, has 2 bedrooms, one of them en suite with private bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has a second bathroom with a large window. The living room has a balcony. The balconies and windows overlook the Tigre Canal, where the River Station is located. All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning. The kitchen integrated to the living room has electric stove and oven and a 6 feet refrigerator. The environment is minimalist with furniture for relaxation, has 42” TV, free wifi. Available access to swimming pool and fire pits on the 20th floor. SUM available for up to 12 people.
I love the tranquility, the landscape, the greenery, the friendliness of the people in the neighborhood. It is a place where you can enjoy peace and be in contact with nature at the same time.
The district is bordered to the north by the Paraná de las Palmas River, separating it from the San Fernando district, to the east by the Río de la Plata, to the southeast by the San Fernando, San Isidro and San Martín districts, to the southwest by the San Miguel and Malvinas Argentinas districts and to the northwest by the Escobar district. It occupies an area of 148 km² on the mainland and 220 km² of islands, and its population was 380,709 inhabitants in 2010. In the municipality, the mainland section, agglomerated to Buenos Aires, is separated from the island sector of the Paraná Delta by the Luján River.
