The apartment is located in a building and is accessed by stairs. The apartment is in a shared building and most live and work a typical work schedule in Ushuaia. Please be respectful and quiet in the shared areas of the building.

Hello! I'm originally from California but when I arrived in Ushuaia, I absolutely fell in love with the city. I decided to live in Ushuaia and that decision changed everything. Now I have a beautiful daughter who is 1/2 "Fuegina" and we live between Ushuaia and California to experience both cultures and have close relationships with both sides of her family. We are excited to share our home in Ushuaia when we are with my family in California. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The Condo is located about 5 minutes from the entrance of the city. It's located very close to Playa Larga, one of the best places to spend an afternoon drinking mate and enjoying the views water-side. It is about a 10 minute drive or bus ride to the main city center with everything you need. And it's a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to calle Pionero Fuegino, a small street with a pharmacy, market, and restaurants.
