Our house is completed in winter 2022 and located in Timls, a hamlet on the mountain above the village Arzl. It is lovingly furnished, with 2 holiday apartments and a separate room. The view from our apartments reaches into the Inn Valley and also our Pitz Valley. Breathtaking persepective of the mountains will make your holidaytrip unique. Additionally the tranquility in Timls is very appreciable. Timls is in a very convenient location at 1100m above sea level, perfect located in the middle of the Tyrolean Oberland for different winter and summer activities. You can start the day early in the morning, thanks to our favorable hillside habitat, with lots of sunshine. Surrounded by forest and mountain meadows, we are the perfect starting point for impressive hikes and mountain bike tours to the surrounding alpine pastures and huts. With good snow conditions in winter, it is also possible to start the touring ski experience directly from the house. Ski areas such as the Hochzeiger, Hochoetz, Hoch-Imst or the Venet ski area can be reached in less than 30 minutes, the Pitztal Glacier in 40 minutes by car or by public transport. For the arrival at our house in winter, we recommend to bringing snow chains with you.

AREA 47 offers plenty of action for young and old, and the Puitalm above Timls offers local delicacies for gourmets. The connection to public transport can be reached by car in 3 minutes. The center of Arzl can be reached in 5 minutes and the city of Imst in 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket is in Arzl, the nearest shopping center is in Imst. It takes 7 minutes to get to the highway and Innsbruck or the airport takes 35 minutes. Our house is a completely new building and the apartments are modern and comfortably furnished.
