Welcome to the Apart Zoey. Our new house is located in beautiful, sunny district Niederhof with stunning views of the mountains. We offer a new, modern apartment for 2-6 persons on the ground floor of our house. The parking for your car is right at the house. We also offer for max. 4 motorbikes on a parking lot in our garage. Our apartment Zoey. The premises are located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2-6 people. It has 2 bright, modern double bedrooms, both of which have a bathroom (shower / WC) with heated towel rails and hand - bath towels. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. In the kitchen there is a sofa bed (max. 2 persons) and a flat- screen TV. Summer: garden furniture and barbecue We offer you the Silvretta All Inclusive Card for the summer season (included). Winter: shoe dryer, free ski bus in about 1min Family Siegele would be happy to welcome you in our house.

We ,family Siegele , are a family of three and this House have named after our daughter Zoey . One floor above you we live and are available for any questions or suggestions you may have. We are also at your arrival on site .

In summer you can relax in front of the house cozy and the greenery enjoy ( barbecue ) . In addition, the hotel offers an ideal starting point for many hikes . We also offer the Silvretta All Inclusive Card for the summer season ( included ) . The card includes free use of cable cars in the region , of the buses from Landeck to Bielerhöhe , and free admission to the indoor and outdoor pools and to the lake in the lake . In winter you are in 1 minute at the ski bus stop . The buses go free to the valley station of the skiing area in Kappl . There are also free connections to Ischgl . In a wintry walk of about 400m you reach après ski bars , ski , in a very short time - and toboggan hire, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and doctor.
