The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, but the town is located right at the entrance of the Oetz Valley. Free buses will take you to all ski resorts in the Oetz-Valley and to Kühtai and in summer. Area 47 is in town - adventures activities nearby. Stunning walks for all levels are so close by! Some even starting from the house.
