The skiing fun starts right away in Altenmarkt. Here you will find the wonderful family ski area "Schischaukel Altenmarkt-Radstad". With nice slopes and cozy huts. This ski area is located just outside the village and has ample parking. Also accessible by ski bus. More extensive slopes are in Flachau, Zauchensee, Kleinarl, Wagrain, St. Johann/Alpendorf. The Amadé ski pass also gives access to the ski areas of Schladming and Maria Alm. Flachau is of course known for its lively Apres ski!
