We offer a newly renovated 2-room apartment located on the ground floor, completely equipped, with garden, 50m from the pedestrian zone (town center), in a quiet location, close to the railway station, with its own underground parking space (2 m height). Fulfills all wishes for ideal winter and summer vacation.! Wir bieten eine neu renovierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, komplett ausgestattet, mit Garten, 50 m von der Fußgängerzone (Stadtzentrum) entfernt, in ruhiger Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, mit eigenem Tiefgaragenstellplatz (2 m höhe). Erfüllt alle Wünsche für einen idealen Winter- und Sommerurlaub.! Offriamo un appartamento di 2 locali recentemente rinnovato, situato al piano terra, completamente attrezzato, con giardino, a 50 metri dalla zona pedonale (centro città), in una posizione tranquilla, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, con un proprio parcheggio sotterraneo (2 m altezza).
