The flat Zirbengeist Gerlitzen with a size of approx. 48 m2 is located on the 2nd floor of a flat house on the Gerlitzen at approx. 1,500 m above sea level. This is the right place for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers! Here you can relax and enjoy the magnificent views and sun or take advantage of the numerous sports facilities. You can reach the apartment complex all year round directly by car or with the Kanzelbahn (short walk). You can park for free in the underground garage in a parking space reserved for you In summer, the Gerlitzen invites you to go hiking and walking (easy, paved hiking and theme trails, some barrier-free for prams), Nordic walking (trails with various degrees of difficulty), paragliding (special thermals, wonderful panorama), model flying and cycling. Lake Ossiach is located directly at the foot of Gerlitzen. Car-free bathing fun due to unique mountain-lake combination with the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn. In winter, you can reach the ski slopes directly from the apartment complex via a prepared path (42 kilometres of slopes in a snow-sure and family-friendly ski area). Alternatively, you can also go ski touring or snowshoeing. You can get to and from your accommodation via the Gerlitzen Gipfelstraße in Treffen. The next larger town of Villach is 18 km away, the next motorway junction (Villach/Ossiacher See) is 13 km away. The toll for the Gerlitzen Gipfelstraße is included in the price. There is a small shop (vending machine) in the house with products for daily needs and it is accessible 24 hours a day. The Waldschenke Edelweiss Ristolounge BBQ & Living can be reached by car within 5 minutes or you can drive to the Ossiachersee and visit the Kanzelstub'n. (25 minute drive)
