The completely newly renovated and lovingly furnished Sunnseitn apartments are located in Krumpendorf am Wörthersee in a sunny, quiet hillside location. Enjoy the fantastic view of the countryside, the Karawanks and Lake Wörthersee directly from the spacious balconies and let your soul unwind. From April to October you can relax while sunbathing on the spacious garden terrace with heated swimming pool. Or you can use the included swimming entry to the Krumpendorf Parkbad and cool off in the beautiful turquoise blue Wörthersee. The place with a good selection of restaurants, shops and cafes can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The apartments offer enough space for 2-4 people. The high-quality furnishings, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchens with fully automatic coffee machines and dishwashers leave nothing to be desired and guarantee a relaxing stay. The spacious bathrooms with sink/toilet/shower also include a washing machine and a hairdryer. Each bedroom has satellite TV and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house with garden.

The apartment is located in my grandmother's former bed and breakfast, which has been converted into several apartments and who previously ran the guesthouse with great love for many decades. My partner Herfried and I also live in one of the converted apartments. We renovated the entire house and property with passion and care over several years and completed it in 2024. With our apartments we would like to offer our guests the opportunity to feel at home and therefore completely comfortable on the one hand, and to recover from everyday stress in our beautiful Carinthian landscape on the other hand.

The Krumpendorf Parkbad with a large lawn and many shady trees can be reached in 3 minutes by car or in about 12 minutes on foot. A bus stop and the Krumpendorf train station can also be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. The capital Klagenfurt and the airport are approx. 9km away, the holiday resorts of Pörtschach and Velden am Wörthersee are 7 and 16km away and Villach is 30km away. In summer, in addition to Lake Wörthersee, enjoy some variety in swimming fun at one of the other beautiful Carinthian lakes, combined with a mountain hike or a walk in nature. Not far away is the Pyramidenkogel observation tower, from where you have a wonderful view of the Karawanken and Lake Wörthersee. The planetarium, the Happ reptile zoo and the Minimundus are also nearby. The Kärnten Therme, the Thermal Römerbad, the Klopeiner See bathhouse or Millstätter See are easily accessible by car. In winter, enjoy mulled wine, punch and chestnuts at one of the traditional Christmas markets or go skiing or cross-country skiing in one of our top ski areas in Carinthia.
