In an old villa, very near to Schönbrunn Palace/Zoo and underground Station U4 Braunschweiggasse we offer the fully new renovated and furnished ART apartment, equipped to a high standard. We offer also an excellent gourmet and wine experience (Breakfast and Dinner). All apartments are equipped with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm). There is plenty of room to add an extra bed (80 x 190 cm). In the wardrobe and anteroom furniture you have plenty of space for your clothing. The two meter long kitchen includes a microwave with grill, induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher and kettle. The complete dishes, detergent, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are available. An office table gives you the ability to easily work on your laptop, free high speed WI-FI is at your disposal. The apartments all have a LED TV with about 90 channels. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and hair dryer and a lot of storage space. The Delux apartments additionally have a separate living area with a sofa bed (145 x 200 cm)

We spent many years running a hotel, hosting guests and cooking and we were travelling a lot and we speak many languages. Our hobby is cooking and discovering new food and wine.
