My name is Dagmar Terber-Späth. I was born and raised in Vienna, Austria. Because our family fell in love with this region, we bought this property years ago and always spent our free time here. Since our children grew up, we rent this house as a holiday home for other people to enjoy our home and this beautiful region. It would be my pleasure to welcome you as our guest, and provide you with any further or more detailed information.

This spacious single-family house in Salzburg’s prime location Parsch has a living area of 130 m² (1.400 Sq. ft.) plus Terrace, and a lovely Garden. It sleeps comfortably for up to 6 people, max. 8 People. In front of the house is a free car park.
Ground Floor
On the ground level there is a spacious, tastefully furnished living and dining room equipped with Sky TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi internet access. Adjacent is a big terrace/lanai with a lovely quiet and green private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and washing machine. Additionally there is a dyer, flat iron, ironing board and a safe. On the lower level you will find an additional restroom.
Upper Floor
On the upper floor are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a big bathtub. The master bedroom with a king-size bed is furnished very comfortably. The adjoining balcony provides a stunning view over the mountains and Salzburg Castle. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and a spacious writing desk. In addition two fold-up beds are available. Enough bedding, hand and bath-towels are at your disposal free of charge. All our windows provide fly screens in order to ensure a restfull night sleep full of fresh air from an adjoining natural reserve.

Close to the City Center – Great Transport Connections
Your vacation home is located in a tranquil prime residential area at the foot of the Gaisberg Mountain. The house is conveniently located for you to explore the city centre of Salzburg. You can reach the historic old town within walking distance or with the bus number 6, which offers a direct connection within 10 minutes. From there almost all important sights can be reached by foot. From the train station the same bus Nr. 6 brings you again with a direct connection within 20 minutes to our residence. In front of the house is a private car park which our guests can use for free.
Prime Infrastructure
A large and very well equipped supermarket is located just 5 walking minutes form the house with daily fresh pastries, meat, fruits and vegetables. Within walking distance there are various restaurants offering regional and international cuisine, a doctor and a pharmacy.
The house is an ideal home base to trace and to explore original locations of "The Sound of Music" or to travel to the nearby lake-district and skiing areas. Besides, with its extensive meadows, parks and forests the area around the house presents a relaxing change from everyday live and invites you to pleasant strolls in the parks or to invigorating hikes.
